My Service Philosophy & Refund Policy

I am so grateful you’ve chosen to spend your wellness journey with me. To keep my practice running smoothly and to ensure I can give every client my full focus, I operate under the following policies.

The "Block of Time" Commitment

When you book a session, you are purchasing a dedicated block of my professional time and expertise. Because time is a non-renewable resource, all massage services are non-refundable. My goal is always your comfort and relaxation; if there is ever anything I can adjust during your session (pressure, temperature, or music), please let me know in the moment so I can tailor that time to your needs.

Gift Certificates & Packages

Gift certificates and pre-paid session packages are final sale. * They cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.

However, they are fully transferable! If you can’t make it, feel free to send a friend or loved one in your place to enjoy your "block of time."

Product Sales

For health and hygiene reasons, all retail products—including oils, balms, and self-care tools—are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Late Arrivals & Cancellations

Late Arrivals

I understand that life happens! However, if you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to ensure the next client isn't kept waiting. The full service fee for your scheduled block of time will still apply.

Cancellation Notice

If you need to move or cancel your appointment, please give me at least 8 hours notice.

Short Notice: Cancellations made with less than the required notice may incur a fee of 50%.
No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, the full cost of the "block of time" will be charged.
